To read a letter from a member, simply select Inbox on the upper left-hand side of your screen. Using your inbox, you will be able to view any photographs and personal information of members who have sent you letters before you decide to actually open a letter. There will be no charge until you actually open a member’s letter. To read a letter, select the Read button on the right hand side of the letter notification box. Reading as well as sending a letter costs 10 credits. If you want to reply to the letter, select Reply on the right-hand side of the member’s message.

There are different ways to write a letter to a member of your interest.

1) On the upper right-hand side and on bottom right-hand side of a member’s profile, you will find Email Me icons. Click on this link in order to compose a letter to the member.

2) In your inbox, select Reply on the upper right-hand side. This also brings you to the page where you may respond to a member’s letter.

Please keep in mind that the security features of AnastasiaDate will automatically log you off if you do not navigate the site for 15 minutes or longer. Having mentioned this, we recommend you write your letter in an ordinary external program such as Microsoft Word, then copy and paste it into the Compose Letter field.

Letters sent by members are translated by our interpreters if such is necessary due to language boundaries.

Letters you send are shown in the Sent Mail section of the Mailing System.

Personnel translating your letters are industry professionals accustomed to assisting in communications of the most intimate nature. Our interpreters will never discuss your correspondence with other staff or members.

You are under no obligation to respond to every member writing to you, and there is no charge until you actually open a member’s letter. You can always view the member’s profile (photograph and personal information) before you decide to open a letter. You may then read letters from members who peak your interest. The other members who have written to you will not become offended as they are well aware that you cannot reply to everyone.

You may receive many letters from certain members when you first join AnastasiaDate as initially your profile is placed on page 1 of the Listings and is among the first to be seen by most members. Also, please keep in mind that there are many thousands of members on AnastasiaDate who are actively searching for a true soul mate.

Our correspondence system allows members to attach 1 photo in JPEG format free of charge to each letter, with additional photos at a charge of 10 credits per photograph.

To attach a photo, select Attach Photo under the letter text field, give your photo a new title, Browse for a picture on your computer then select Upload to attach it to your letter.

By default, letters are sorted by New Replies First with options for sorting incoming letters on the upper right hand side of member’s Inbox. You may adjust this feature to sort according to date, age, city, and so on, in ascending or descending order according to your preference.

In case you mistakenly send a duplicate letter or a blank letter to a member, simply contact the AnastasiaDate Customer Service and provide the member’s AnastasiaDate ID. You will be issued a refund of your credits with no questions asked.

Unopened presentation letters from members remain in your inbox for up to 30 days, after which they may be archived to keep your inbox clean. Letters you delete remain in your Deleted Mail folder for 5 days, after which, they get permanently deleted. Unanswered letters from members as responses to your letters can only be deleted by you. For your personal navigation convenience, letters which have been already read are deleted within 90 days. If you do not use the AnastasiaDate services for over 6 months, all of your letters will automatically be archived. You may restore those letters by contacting the Customer Service.
