How does it work:

The reservation is placed at least 24 hours prior to the call.
Fill in the Reservation Form below or call our Customer Support toll-free number +1 (800) 356-3130 and our operators will be happy to assist you.
100 credits (refundable deposit) will be deducted from your account (for the minimum calling time of 10 minutes)
As soon as your match confirms the appointed time, the order status will change to "Confirmed" and you will get your Conference Code. The notification with the Conference Code will also be sent to your personal e-mail.
At the appointed time you will receive an incoming call on the phone number indicated in your profile and you will be connected with the interpreter in order to carry out your shared call.
In cases where you are unable to accept an incoming call at the appointed time, please dial our toll-free number 5 minutes before the appointed time or at the exact appointed time of the call and insert the conference code to enter the call.
The conversation, and timing of the call, starts once the interpreter and the chosen member have appeared on the line.
If your call does not take place, you will be issued with an immediate refund.

Operators' work consists of interpreting your conversation with your match and assisting you in your understanding of each other. Our phone operators are not allowed to provide you with your match's contact information (telephone number, email or postal address). All contact information is confidential, that is why only your partner can give you their contact information.
The operator cannot give any of your information of any kind to your match.
The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided by the member of your interest, as well as for your match's correct understanding of your contacts. We can guarantee accurate translations of conversations between you and the member of your interest.

The time of your conversation with your match is timed from the moment the conversation starts. Any remaining seconds are rounded to the nearest minute. E.g.: 9,24 minutes of your talk will be equated to 10 minutes.
If the member of your interest speaks English, and you can communicate without any help of the interpreter, the conversation is still considered and charged at the Call Me rate.
The minimum payment is 100 credits , which makes up 10 minutes of your talk with your match. This means that even if you speak less than 10 minutes the entire amount of credits will be deducted. The exception is in the case of disconnection due to a technical problem. Every additional minute of your conversation costs additional 10 credits, irrespective of the duration of your conversation.
If the conversation does not take place, the deposit of 100 credits is refunded to you automatically.
Each call is billed separately.
